Privacy notice

Controller: K and T Consulting Ltd. Contact: the portal's ticket system or the e-mail address in the footer.
Data processed: e-mail address and sign-in identifier (Firebase Authentication); name, phone number; for a company its name, VAT number and address; for a private person name and address; the ids and names of the Sonavis installations; the licences issued; orders and billing data; tickets and their attachments; the download log (file, time).
Purposes and legal bases: performing the contract (registration, trial and bought licences, downloads, updates, support – GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(c)); preventing abuse, such as repeated trial requests (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
Processors: Google Cloud / Firebase (sign-in, database, storage, hosting – with the data stored in the European Union) and the e-mail delivery provider. Data leaves the EU only with the safeguards of the GDPR.
Retention: account data until the account is deleted; licence and billing data for the period accounting law requires; tickets for 2 years after they are closed; the download log for 1 year.
The portal uses only the cookie it needs to work (sign-in and language); there are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, naih.hu).
